Your Data Stays In Your Browser

FreeTrustDocs.com generates all documents entirely in your browser. The information you enter into the wizard — trust names, trustee names, addresses, tax IDs — is never sent to any server. There is no database, no backend, and no data collection of your personal information.

What We Do Not Collect

• The information you enter into the wizard
• The documents you generate
• Your name, email, or contact information
• Account credentials (we have no accounts)

What We Do Collect

We may use the following standard analytics tools:

• Google Analytics 4: Aggregated, anonymous traffic data (page views, session duration, country).
• Microsoft Clarity: Anonymous heatmaps and session recordings to improve usability.

These tools do not capture the information you type into the wizard form fields.

Cookies

Analytics tools may set cookies. No cookies are used for tracking your personal information or wizard inputs.

Third-Party Resources

The PDF generation library (pdfmake) is loaded from a CDN. The font library is also loaded from a CDN. These CDNs may log standard request metadata.

Changes to This Policy

If we add any data collection features in the future (e.g., optional email capture), we will update this policy and clearly disclose what is collected and how it is used.
